One Trick Pony Burger is Santa Fe's premiere woman-owned 100% local grass-fed smash burger pop-up with a cult following and unhinged social presence.

After perfecting my own burger recipe over several many years, I was peer pressured into running a fully funded Kickstarter campaign, launching an actual business, and selling burgers to the people. Can you tell that I do all of the graphic design, marketing, and communications? This is a fun little side hustle that might turn into something bigger someday, but for now I really enjoy making burgers with my friends, selling out in 40 minutes, and ignoring all the hate mail I get for not offering substitutions or vegan options. I love it!
